Investors will acquire ordinary shares in the company and will receive a yearly dividend of at least 1% as well as the capital appreciation of the assets that the company invests in.
10% pa Capital Appreciation
Over the past twenty years the property prices in London have increased at an average yearly rate of 0ver 10%. This means that the capital appreciation alone of the investments should increase by over 100% during a ten year period
Trophy Properties
The Company will acquire, and manage high-quality UK properties whether they are commercial, residential, ground rents or industrial. The properties will be diversified by types of covenants with the focus mainly on high quality properties with strong tenants.
