How an introduction works
We start by understanding your business activity, jurisdictions, currencies, anticipated transaction volumes and requirements. We then assess potential provider fit, facilitate introductions and help coordinate onboarding where appropriate. The provider makes all eligibility and compliance decisions.
Spoog is an introducer, not a bank, deposit-taker, payment institution or lender. Any banking, payments, foreign exchange or regulated financial service is provided only by the relevant authorised institution under its own terms, checks and jurisdictional permissions.

Corporate accounts and international payments
We can explore introductions to specialist providers for multi-currency operations, international collections and payments. Provider eligibility depends on jurisdiction, activity, transaction profile and onboarding checks.
Foreign exchange and treasury needs
Businesses trading internationally may need execution, settlement and currency-risk solutions. Requirements should specify corridors, volumes, counterparties and whether the need is transactional or ongoing.
Trade and transaction banking
For cross-border commodity or asset transactions, documentary instruments and banking arrangements must match the underlying commercial agreement. Any provider will independently assess due diligence, origin of funds and transaction legitimacy.
Regulated provider responsibilities
Spoog acts as an introducer, not the bank, custodian or payment institution. Product availability, pricing, safeguarding, regulatory permissions and acceptance are matters for the relevant third-party provider.
