Trade and resource transactions: what matters
These are representative transaction considerations informed by the types of opportunities and counterparties we engage with. They are not public listings or claims of completed transactions.
Gold, tin and critical minerals
Mining opportunities range from exploration and resource development to near-term production. Independent geological reports, resource classification, licences, processing assumptions, capex and commodity-price sensitivities are essential to a credible investor review.
Refined fuels and physical trade
For diesel and other petroleum products, we focus on verifiable seller identity, supply allocation, product specifications, loading location, delivery terms and the proposed payment mechanism. An indicative offer alone is not evidence that supply is available.
Trade finance and execution
Documentary letters of credit, bank guarantees and other trade-finance instruments may be relevant, depending on transaction structure and counterparties. Banks and funders will assess origin, sanctions, KYC/AML, shipping, inspection and the full chain of intermediaries.
Initial information
A non-confidential summary should state product or mineral, jurisdiction, volume or resource basis, seller role, licences or allocation evidence, pricing approach, financing sought and proposed next steps. Sensitive commercial documents are exchanged only through appropriate channels.
