This client is a mobile telecom & digital company operating on African markets. Having started in the Central African Republic, it is operating as an MNO, communication services and internet 

 provider in 27 countries. 

 

Growing on the exponential digital markets of Africa-LMICs since 2012, the company is securing $300 million in debt/equity from private investors & development finance institutions 

to accelerate emerging countries’ digitalisation & become a 1st-tier digital player in Africa with $3,5 bn revenues by 2025.

Current acquisition negotiations include leading operators with up to 12 m users on large dynamic markets of Western & Southern Africa, with population of up to 60 m inhabitants.

Upon successful conclusion of the ongoing acquisitions of MNOs, the company will represent in 2020-21, $965 million revenues & 27 million users. 

It is now selected to acquire these two large companies in West and Southern Africa. Approaching the conclusion of the two acquisitions, and taking on the challenge to develop the market share, infrastructure and services of the companies,
